Why do we test? Should we just copy old paradigms blindly? I mean as a client once said to me “if X use it then I think we should just do what they do, their website looks like it has been done by experts” (I didn’t take this observation personally, having 14 years experience in the industry I have learned to be humble and shed my ego, lol) - Little did they know it was quite simply the end result of a production line designer churning out more of the same untested out-dated paradigms.
